Return & Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange in case of any sizing issues. Also if you cancelled your order before dispatching, you will get Refund within 7 working days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Important Information: To protect us from fake claims by our buyers, we would require complete unboxing video of the product in case of dispute.

If the exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Fastest Way to Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Only the products with size (Ex. Clothing & Shoes) attributes are available for exchange incase of size issues. We would be charging for the return pickup as well as sending the exchanged product.
Refunds
A refund or a new product will be sent to you if we are unable to fulfil the order, or if there's a mistake on our end of sending the wrong product or if there is any manufacturing defect, if it's a case of a defect we will send the product to selkirk International and update you wether we can send a new paddle of the same or a refund.
Don't worry every request will be looked at with a helping hand and we will do our best, as we are Selkirk India.

Cancellations
If any prepaid order which is cancelled by customer and if it has not been dispatched then we will be levying a charge of 2%. The amount to be refunded will be deducted by 2% which is the fees charged by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.
